Challenge

Traditional journaling apps store text but fail to capture the full context of real-life experiences. The client wanted a system that could record memories in a structured way, i.e. linking individuals, locations, and events while remaining simple and intuitive to use.

Solution

We built Notable on Bubble as a contextual journaling and life-archive platform. Users can create entries enriched with tagged people, GPS-linked locations, events, and affiliations. A calendar-based interface makes it easy to navigate through memories over time, while tagging and search tools allow users to quickly retrieve specific experiences.

Challenge

Recruiters often handle large volumes of applications, making it difficult to provide meaningful feedback to every candidate. Rejection emails are typically generic or delayed, which can negatively impact the candidate experience and employer brand. At the same time, manually managing communications adds significant administrative overhead for hiring teams.

Solution

We built RejectFair on Bubble to streamline candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Recruiters can organize applicants by job, assign structured feedback such as strengths and weaknesses, and generate personalized rejection messages using customizable templates.

Challenge

The housing company managed hundreds of tenants across multiple properties, but tenant interactions were handled through emails, phone calls, and manual processes. This made it difficult to track maintenance requests, manage payments, and maintain consistent communication with tenants.
Tenants also lacked a simple way to view their account details, submit service requests, or access housing-related information.

Solution

We developed a centralized tenant portal on Bubble that allows tenants to manage their housing activities through a clean, easy-to-use interface.
The platform enables tenants to view account summaries, make online rent payments, submit maintenance requests, and access housing services and documents. Automation and AI-powered communication tools help streamline requests and ensure faster responses from property management teams.
The system was integrated with secure payment infrastructure compliant with Australian housing regulations and designed with strong privacy and data security standards.

Challenge

A Yale MBA pastor recognized religious leaders excel at crafting meaningful messages but lack technical skills for modern event communications. Event announcements became plain text emails. Images were stock photos or absent. Multi-channel coordination was overwhelming. Pastors had clear vision and community understanding but needed technology as intuitive as conversation, saying the vision should generate professional communications across Instagram, Facebook, email without learning design software or scheduling tools.

Solution

We built Sabbath AI in 10 weeks using Bubble with integrated voice recognition and AI generation. Simply speak your event vision into the platform, the system records, transcripts, and builds a knowledge base automatically. AI generates complete event descriptions and creates four platform-specific images: Instagram posts, Facebook banners, email headers, and promotional graphics. You get 4-5 communication template variations to choose from. One-click distribution sends coordinated messaging across all channels with proper scheduling built in.

Challenge

A fast-growing test prep and professional education company operating across multiple centers in California was scaling rapidly, but their operations couldn’t keep up. Student enrollments were tracked in spreadsheets, course materials and assessments were spread across different tools, communication happened over email, and instructors were coordinated manually with no centralized visibility into performance. This fragmentation created operational bottlenecks, data silos, admin overload, and limited their ability to scale efficiently — highlighting the need for real infrastructure, not another disconnected tool.

Challenge

A Connecticut brokerage managing ~75 brokers was struggling with low CRM adoption and poor visibility.

We designed and built a lightweight, custom platform that centralized lead management, appointment scheduling, offer tracking, and reporting into one intuitive interface.
A standout feature was frictionless post-appointment updates: agents receive a secure SMS link that opens a pre-authorized update screen with no login required. Agents simply enter notes in one focused input box while the system automatically structures the data behind the scenes.
